Msquarehotelng.com is the official booking platform for Msquare Hotels, with branches located across Nigeria. These Terms apply to all bookings made directly through this Website, for whichever branch you book.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1 All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

2.2 A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email or SMS from us, and where required, full or partial payment has been received.

2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking, including your full name, contact details, and valid means of identification where requested.

2.4 Bookings are non-transferable unless expressly agreed by hotel management in writing.

2.5 The hotel reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking where information provided is false, incomplete, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Rates and Charges

3.1 All room rates displayed on the Website are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges as indicated at checkout.

3.2 Rates are subject to change without prior notice; however, the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that reservation.

3.3 Additional services (e.g., room service, laundry, airport pickup, extra guests) are charged separately unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Full or partial payment (deposit) is required to confirm a booking, as specified at the time of reservation.

4.2 Payments may be made via the payment channels provided on the Website, including debit/credit cards, bank transfer, or approved third-party payment gateways.

4.3 By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate.

4.4 All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Msquarehotelng.com does not store your full card details.

4.5 Where a balance remains after an initial deposit, the outstanding amount is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.6 The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or place a hold on your card for incidentals or security deposits upon check-in.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellations must be made through the Website, by email, or by phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date to qualify for a refund.

5.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or "no-shows," may be charged the full booking amount or forfeit the deposit paid.

5.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank/payment processor timelines beyond our control.

5.4 Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable and non-changeable; this will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

5.5 The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, maintenance emergencies) and will offer a full refund or alternative accommodation where reasonably possible.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

6.1 Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon, unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 A valid, government-issued means of identification (e.g., National ID, International Passport, Driver's License, Voter's Card) is required at check-in for all guests.

6.3 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

6.4 Guests must be 18 years or older to book and check in independently. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Guest Conduct and Hotel Rules

7.1 Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests, staff, or hotel property.

7.2 The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, deny check-in, or remove any guest who engages in unlawful conduct, damages hotel property, or violates house rules, without refund.

7.3 Guests are liable for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors during their stay.

7.4 Smoking, illegal substances, and unauthorized visitors in guest rooms may be restricted per hotel policy; details are available at the hotel front desk.

8. Liability

8.1 The hotel shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests, except where caused by the proven negligence of hotel staff.

8.2 The hotel maintains reasonable safety and security standards but does not guarantee against all risks. Guests are advised to secure valuables using in-room safes where available.

8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Msquarehotelng.com and the hotel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or a stay at the hotel.

9. Website Use

9.1 You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Website by any third party.

9.2 All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Msquarehotelng.com or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9.3 We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time without notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023. By using this Website, you consent to such collection and use.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, pandemics, or utility failures.
