Your details are used to manage your reservation, process payment, send booking confirmations and receipts, and respond to any request you make of a branch directly. We don't use it for anything beyond that.
3. Payment Information
Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor at checkout — Msquare Hotels does not receive or store your full card details.
4. Sharing
We don't sell or rent guest information. Details are shared only with the branch you're staying at (to prepare for your arrival) and with service providers strictly necessary to process a booking, such as our payment processor.
5. Your Rights
In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
